At Graphite we build using both stereolithography (SLA) and selective laser sintering (SLS®) technologies.

We are focused on developing industry-leading expertise in plastic 3D printing technologies and materials. We optimise our machines to perform beyond manufacturers’ specifications and tailor our materials. For example, we are the only supplier of Graphite SLS – our own graphite reinforced plastic.

To ensure accuracy and consistency, we build and measure calibration parts on every build, something that most companies do every 6 to 12 months. Our engineers also orientate and prepare parts to give them the best accuracy, strength and surface finish straight from the machine.
